Why I DO WHAT I DO
My journey into the beauty industry wasn’t easy. I know firsthand how it feels to want more—to crave success, freedom, and the ability to build something meaningful, yet face challenges that make the path feel impossible. Early in my career, I struggled to find resources and mentorship, and I had to fight to gain the knowledge I needed to succeed. That experience ignited a fire in me to create something better for others.
MY WHY IS SIMPLE: I WANT TO EMPOWER, EDUCATE, AND UPLIFT OTHERS TO ACHIEVE THEIR DREAMS
I empower women because I believe in their limitless potential. I’ve seen how confidence, knowledge, and opportunity can transform lives, and I want every woman to know she’s capable of greatness.
I SHARE KNOWLEDGE
I share knowledge because I’ve been in the position of searching for answers and finding none. Whether it’s teaching stylists how to master textured hair or guiding entrepreneurs on how to grow their businesses, I’m passionate about creating accessible opportunities that inspire confidence and success.
I BUILD COMMUNITY
I build community because I know we’re stronger together. From hosting events to creating a private network for students, my goal is to foster connections where people can grow, support one another, and feel truly seen.
I INSPIRE SUCCESS
I inspire success by sharing my own story—the struggles, the triumphs, and everything in between. I’m here to show others what’s possible and to remind them that the journey, while difficult, is worth it.

I create impact because I want my work to leave a lasting legacy. By partnering with nonprofits, coaching aspiring professionals, and helping others find their purpose, I’m doing more than building businesses—I’m building futures.
